join us for lunch in the mdr and stop by our FFYWB! we will be featuring ways to, eat well and move often!  learn how to balance the calories you eat with those your burn. as well as ways to get more nutrient-bang for your calorie buck by filing your plate with colorful produce, whole grains and lean protein. check out our swap ideas!  like, swapping one cup of mashed potatoes with one cup of smashed cauliflower or roasted butternut squash for calorie savings and nutrient gains!
